drebbin - MercExchange did indeed get paid for patent infringement... injunctive relief isn`t what we`re about... we`re about licensing the MMP to collect legitimate fees for its use. We don`t even seek to litigate... we seek settlements. Injunctions are a tool to get people to pay... MercExchange was ALREADY paid yet they continued to seek an injunction.
