I among others commented on this a few days back. Small companies are nimble companies. Decisions made can be easily reviewed and changed.

Pohl`s comments are not law. He made them, he can revise them. He sure as heck could not say ``We`re going to buy-back starting now!``...this stock would lose all support.

The decline is orderly but steady for a reason. Only the smart and seasoned understand the game as it`s appearing to be played.
