At least I can re-invest - they can`t, unless they want to exceed their max allowables.

Here`s my opinion:

First, they get a double out of it - their shares have appreciated, plus they get 6% cash to boot.

Then for all the years of screwing us and playing the shorting game to their advantage, they get a little extra thanks.

Continues to be unfair advantage to S&L.
