Just thinking...Mr. Pohl may be between a rock and a hard place right now, with the conflict being to keep the shareholders happy (increasing share price) while maintaining stated Corporate goals (reduce # of O/S shares...) Just how will he achieve this delicate balancing act, on the cusp of additional deals closing this year, as he puportedly leaked after the SHM?

Realistically, we don`t know the specifics of Mr. Pohl`s - buyback share objective and timeframes. We don`t know if the goal in share buyback is to achieve a specific market cap, share count, or to meet another specific requirement. We don`t know if it`s a combination of two, all three, one of the above, or if there`s another motivating factor. We dont know if its an aggressive plan that will be implemented stringently, or if there is flexibility. We don`t know if share buybacks (in general) are a mandatory priority or a convenient nicety.

All these unanswered questions leave uncertanty, and we know the market hates uncertanty.

Dedicating 10% of their take with future signings is nice, but step back and think for a second....

To effectively buy back shares, either the allocated dollars must be significant, or the SP must be depressed beyond normal levels.

Pohl has said that future earnings would help fund the buyback plan, but what happens if the prime opportunity to make a dent is upon us, or with a little ``help``, well within reach? Think the focus and implementation dates would shift?...bectha they would.

In the meantime the days grind forward and we wait. And other market opportunities continue around us, but if any of you are like me, things could happen at any time, any point...so you resist them for fear of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

...and hope for expediency in the meantime.

Regards

Again, all imho and fwiw....off for a cup of java to wake the heck up.
