Sorry I didn`t see this post. I`m not an attorney but if they (TPL/PTSC) are able to prove the validity of the MMP in this one case at trial there would be no need to bring suit against others... they would flock to TPL to get their licenses IMO... also it isn`t the business model of PTSC/TPL to sue... they genuinely want to license the MMP without having to go to court every time. It`ll be alot easier if/when the J3 either settle out of court (great probability) or take it through to trial. Should they loose, billions would be paid to us. I doubt they`ll chance that.
