1)TPL is not to be trusted and almost certainly will screw PTSC when possible. They are in total control of our destiny, and there is nothing we can do about it.

2) The price of licenses has gone up (stated at the ASM). In addition everyone can now sit back and wait for the J3 trial before deciding whether or not to license. 2 Items that point to the distinct possiblilty that no new licenses will be forthcoming anytime soon.

3) The dozens of infringers lining up to license hasn`t happened, probably will not happen based on the above until the J3 settles.

So knowing all of the above, you have still held onto your 1.5 million shares while the sp has gone down over 25% since the shareholder meeting. Ron was wrong. You shouldn`t sell now, you shouldv`e sold on April 28. Now you`re a Stuck, just like the rest of us. Hmmmm... wonder what you`ll do now. Wait like the rest of us? How will the wife feel if you sell now, knowing you`ve blown $450,000 in value since the ASM, when all this bad news came to light (for you). Please, let`s here from someone smarter than jack that can advise what to do. His judgement so far hasn`t been real good.

BTW, don`t pretend that I believe #`s 1, 2 and 3 above. I am simply restating what jack has already stated. My interpretation of the status of things is slightly different.
