Union jack - You make some good points but the fact remains news of a new settlement could come at any moment. Casio, Fujitsu, and HP were surprises and it`s entirely possible another one or more could happen while we await the outcome of our J3 situation. To say nothing will happen for a year or more because companies see no need to license could be a mistake. I`m sure they`ve been put on notice that the longer they wait, the more expensive their settlements will be. If they choose to wait for the end result of the J3 it could be very expensive indeed. Just a thought.
