``He spoke that a merger would be useful with a co. that has tax credits and that also had a property ( IP or otherwise ) that could be cultivated like the Moore/Fish patent.``

TPL doesn`t fit real well, especial re: tax credits. An EDIG-like company would be more like it. Tons of tax credits, IP, product. Not EDIG necessarily (I`m not opening THAT can of worms!), but someone along those lines. It`s gotta be some company that`s really hurting though (due to PTSC`s float/S&L), and one that could possibly make things happen with an infusion of cash.
