IMO, the price tag went way up after nailing Fujitsu and Casio. More money, more time.

``Why no new lawsuits?``

IMO, you only sue AFTER talks have failed to mature, so talks are in progress (or paper is moving through approval process) with a slew of infringers. I`m actually pleased that there are no new law suits, as that would indicate that talks toward settlements have failed.

Also, you must recognize the probable volume of activity at TPL. High volume, slow movement.
