SGE, I agree that we should settle because of the possible long term court appearences but mainly because of the anti- patent litigation sentiment building in the courts and the companies. More is being written about companies that make their money on patent enforcement. We should get as much as we can now before it builds up too much. Lastly, if what Ron says about taking till 2009 to settle, we`ll only have a few years left in till 2015 when the patents expire (or has it been determined that we can make these cases retroactive)?
