Who realy knows the # 1 reason for the price drop.......This is my take/seems logical.......In TPL`s Pr they said that CO`s are linning up for the chance to settle( those are my words).....
So, IMO there is a lack of confindence since we have had no news AS EXPECTED.....
IF/when we get the next settlement their will be a panic to buy......Timming is everything so if you step in it you will be smelling good.........Larry
