I just don`t share you view or concern. I don`t find your concern well founded. Though I would like everything to be as clear and open as possible, I don`t think it`s necessary to do so to our detriment or in such a way that it henders TPL`s negotiating position. After all, THAT is what we`re hanging our hat on - TPL`s ability to negotiate the best terms possible.

And ultimately IMO TPL`s attitude re: royalties will change once they position themselves to where they can make deals where royalties are significant. At that point, your concern will be reconciled and, just think, TPL won`t have to go to the trouble to update their Web site!

And keep in mind that this whole thing folded out of you jumping to the defense of someone who IMO has a track record of creating doubt. You furthered his cause with weak arguments, I countered with better ones. I guess that makes me obnoxious in your eyes. No surprise....
