Turley did not say the auto mfgr`s were infringers, nor did he say they weren`t. He was just giving an example of how many chips may be in an automobile. These chips may or may not be using the mmp tech. For example, Turley mentioned that Intel had 95% of the pc market but only 2% of the worldwide chip market. He was very entertaining but like the others he did not and could not give specific`s. The nature of what ptsc/tpl is all about (ip infringers) does not allow for prudent business men to divulge who what and how much until it is a done deal and even then the how much may not be fully disclosed.

Any discussion about how much we may receive from the J3 or any of the other 150+ infringers is speculation.

Although it probably will not affect negotiations it will almost certainly affect investors. How many times do companies post a penny under analyst earnings projections (.79cents vs .80 cents) after which the stock tanks 5 - 10%. When we start to play with numbers then even healthy settlements often leads to sp decline.

In my opinion tossing around hundreds of millions of dollars in individual settlements is unwise and is only fodder for traders. Now if we go to trial and win then all bets are off.

Of course this is just my opinion and ``we shall see``.
