I don`t post very often but read this board daily. Has anyone ever looked at why royalties may be hard to track? If your business patents and sells one product that can only go into one one other product, ie: an engine for a hybrid car, it is fairly easy to keep track of who bought and used this product. I simplify for illustration. But in our case these patents can be used in various applications (ipods, mp3, auto computers,etc). Maybe it would be hard to keep track of which co. is using, and how many products in the co. are using, and how many were sold with our tech., and how many without and on and on.

I think too much is being made of royalties. Give me alot of large settlements over the next five years, let the stock price go where it goes (higher we hope) and I`m gone.
