From discussion at the meeting, IMO the settlements have slowed because the prices for the licenses have increased. I and others are still buying gasoline at $3.00 plus. I don`t have to like paying $3.00, but I still fill the tank. I just drive more conservatively. IMO settlements will come as sure as people have to buy gasoline until an alternative cheaper energy source appears. When the settlements are achieved they will be more note worthy ( as in bank note!) Someone at the meeting inquired about TPL having to meet a licensing quota. Does anyone have any info on that? I understood from discussion at the meeting that they are meeting/surpassing their quota.
