It is well apparent to me (anyway) that with Pohl/Leckrone, et al, the focus and execution of the task at hand is far more important than the SP.
With the successes, the SP will adjust and follow...and then answers to your questions will be more easily answered.
Bottom line, they won`t let themselves get too far ahead of themselves.
Provides ``opportunities`` for those that know and understand, coronaries for those who dont....
