Thank you Ron for the kind words. It was a great pleasure meeting you. Your contributions to this board over the years have been incalculable and your sound opinions on PTSC and life in general will be sorely missed.

It appears there were a lot more posters at the SHM which is great. I only wish I could have met more of you. Maybe next time. I would encourage everyone to attend at least one SHM, if for no other reasons than to meet the people on the Board and ask them questions in person and seek how they react verbally and non-verbally. An additional benefit would also be a chance to meet other posters and compare notes.

I tried to express my thoughts and the atmosphere surrounding the SHM earlier. Hopefully, it did not come across as too garbled. I tried to communicate as effectively as I could. I was writing the words down at the SHM pretty fast. Am still amazed at actually how many people attended. This place was jammed and SRO. Word is getting out. In the future, a good indication at how much progress our PR team has made might be IF we have a larger room next time.

I forgot to mention, the SHM was attended by the Press. A nameless poster and I had a brief discussion with a scribe from the San Diego Tribune over PTSC’s progress. Reporter appeared nonplussed by the presentation and desired more information about the company, which I interpreted at the time meaning a lack of knowledge on the history of PTSC and/or trying to be impartial. He had taken notes from the SHM, I could see. I told him PTSC had a great story. He said nothing.

It has been posted Pohl said in private 5-6 new deals are in the pipeline by year-end, which I interpret to mean calendar year. My personal viewpoint is that I would find such a figure very underwhelming. He may be low-balling for all I know. Further, I don’t know if he includes the J3 + (Sony???) in his statement. It’s all speculation at this point.

Something that was not addressed at the SHM was past infringement, and the reparations for same, if any monies have been collected?, what basis, how much?, etc. Has this issue even been raised with an infringer???? Inquiring minds want to know.

Regarding TPL, please remember TPL was responsible for the Intergraph deal for $400M earlier. Glad they are on our side. Their agenda and ours dovetail for now.
