We are not mind readers, but IMO the 5 co`s that settled knew that they infringed.......They also knew that it was very cheep price to pay....`` SEE ME NOW OR SEE ME LATER``

It is like a plee bargin in court.....Admit you are wrong and take the small penality.....

I bet we/TPL have raised the bar saying, you see we have settlements....

TPL has their own agenda....We have no choice but to go along for the ride.........
