Fujitsu, Casio, HP, Intel, AMD....
In some cases these co`s do business with each other....By and large they are competetors.....Their jobs are to crush the competition....HP does not say to Dell, well i wish you well and i hope you make more than i do...To crush is their goal.....
This being the case, IMO these co`s now want to see everyone settle with PTSC.....They had to pay millions and they do not want the competition to get off scott free.....
I am sure they are on our team/corner now....First of all going over the court case, i do not remember if they can testify for TPL/PTSC.......Our interests are their interests.....
Mr Drebbin.......Do not take my post as a sign of weakness.......It is easy to be smug when others have concerns/fears......
I have not bought any additional shares of any stock since 2000........If fears control the stock to lower levels i will use my .06 to buy shares ....
I always thought that lump sum payments were a good way to go......Co`s come and go and who knows 2-5 years down the raod if an infringer will still be around.....
Being in the used cars business, when someone offers me a deposit i always take it....I never say, no Mr Jones, you can pay me next week when you get your pay check.....If you do not see me now, you probably will not see me later.......
I think Wall street will view these lump sum payments without r/revs as OK....I also believe since we will have alot of loot in the bank, there are alot of co`s that have great patents but no money to do their thing.....Does this SOUND FAMILIAR...LOL.......Larry
