that we all try to look at the bigger picture instead of focusing in on the minute to minute fluctuations in the pps. Yes it`s gut wrenching to watch and especially so if all you are thinking about is the price of the stock at the moment or the immediate value of your portfolio, but remember that nothing has changed from last week or last month to negate anything Mr. Pohl has said or that TPL is doing on our behalf with the J3 and others. Unless you were thinking of selling out now it is imperative for us to look at the longer term picture... even Mr. Pohl asked for patience and I`m sure he is just as aware of the stock movement as any of us. We are in a very favorable position with regards to the J3 in Texas... so much so that I wouldn`t mind waiting for us to take them all the way through trial, because a win there would not only validate the patents and fill our coffers but it would allow us to command larger settlements from infringers than would ordinarily be the case. The only downside (assuming we win of course, and remember 88% of plaintiffs win in Texas) is time... it would probably be a year or so before we get to trial. I`d be willing to wait, heck I`ve been in PTSC on and off for ll or 12 years! That being said, I do not believe it will take long for others to license the MMP... and even the J3 will settle before going to court IMO because there just isn`t any way they`re going to risk losing this case. Since I have no intention of selling out here for $1.00 I really have no choice but to wait and see how this unfolds... if you resign yourself to that it isn`t quite so painful, at least not for me.
Best of luck to all.
