Well, they came out this week with an announced share buyback plan?...isn`t that good enough to go into a SHM with?

/Said it once, I`ll say it again, they don`t have to announce a bloomin thing for me to go into this meeting happy - settlements, 6 cent total dividend, share buyback plan...all looks pretty gosh darn good to me.
