The reason why we are in this trading range is simple.

Even though we had a great Q3 everyone new that we would. the money rotated out of PTSC and other otc stocks and went elsewhere for the time being. Mainly to the nasdaq. its earnings time over there you know.

everyone is to up tight about PTSC for the moment.
