That big sell off hurt the stock big time. probably due in part to the FISH contract. I have said in earlier posts that even with great earnings we wouldn`t go higher.AND it looks like that is the case.

Ptsc needs to settle with FISH fast. the B/O and LG cases against the company don`t mean nothing but FISH does.

Do I think we should give him what the contract spelled out no way. But FISH is a better asset then a liability.

If we end up going to trial with the J3 it would be tough to disbute FISH/MOORE and someone like JiM Turley.

Looking at the 10q its not clear what we will be reporting in the 3q earning report that should have been out last week.

I hope we get lic. SOON! I will take lump sum deals as long as they CAN rachet them up in price.
