dividend funds by Etrade. There is obviously some financial gain if a brokerage floats the funds for a period of time. My guess is a substantial amount of interest on a payout of this size. I don`t question that I will get the funds, I am infuriated that they can also manipulate this part of my life. I have no visions of grandeur that the SEC will do anything, but I will feel better.
