ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING

The annual shareholders meeting is this Friday, April 28 at 10:00 a.m.

For admittance, please bring proof that you are a shareholder (e.g., a copy of your brokerage statement, PTSC stock certificates, etc.).

DIVIDEND INFORMATION

Patriot Scientific shareholders of record at March 31, 2006 will receive a dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on April 24, 2006.

Patriot Scientific`s transfer agent wired the funds for the dividend payment to the Depository Trust Company (DTC). The DTC then wires the funds to the individual brokerage firms. When the brokerage firms receive the funds, they post them to the shareholder`s individual accounts. This should happen sometime on April 25.

IF YOU OWN SHARES THROUGH A BROKERAGE ACCOUNT, your dividend may not appear in your account until April 26. After April 27, call your broker to inquire about the status of the dividend if you do not see it in your account.

IF YOU OWN SHARES THAT ARE NOT THROUGH A BROKERAGE ACCOUNT, you will receive a W-9 form (IRS form to request taxpayer identification number) from the transfer agent. If you do not receive the form, please contact

Once you receive the W-9 form, you will need to fill it out and return it to the transfer agent, who will then mail you the dividend.
