Austin still retains JV rights on HighPoint.....they think Montello has an interested buyer...but until the TSX legal/audit needs are approved....no action can be take....they aslo retain the rights to the 53 wells gifted by Montello....but no plans to develope at this time.....their total focus is airborne development......sit and wait....I want out.....
