Neither Corker nor Brown has been able to figure out how to keep the company accounts sufficiently current to meet the standards of TSX Venture Exchange, after having received warnings and orders to cease trade during past reporting deadlines also. These are basic administrative (clerical) obligations which they are simply not competent to produce, before we even get to the subject of discovering, producing and selling oil or gas profitably.
