THe market's response to news of the lawsuit was flat as a pancake. That means no value perceived by investors.

How about some news about the steps we expect (any) management to be taking to profitably extract and sell the fossil fuels we funded them to produce ? Where's the elephant ? A baby elephant ? A mouse ? A greasy rag ?
