I'd rather see MEO use the money getting something done with the wells in TN or the Pincher pipeline matter settled, than using it to pay lawyers to hunt someone on the internet,,,if they sue and win what will they get? big $$$$? highly unlikely,,,

I still say do something small like get #3 back into production then go from there,,,as far as I am concerned it is still too early to talk about a rollback,,,let's get something out of what has been already started,,,
