I have also been "confused" by investors who buy shares of a stock that has to be a candidate for "dog of the year" ("Dog of the decade?"). Yet the buying continues. Most of us are "stuck" with shares that are so far underwater that we might as well just hold them (Why get $100 when you paid $1000 especially if you can't write off the loss?).

Recently someone bought 200K @ $.005 (was that you MM?). Maybe (dare I say) there is more to this story than meets the eye.
