Heading into the AGM

The NR on Friday, about the shares of the recent PP being issued, which lessens my concern that the 15:1 will occur.

I met with Peter Brown, earlier this week, and in our discussion, I told him that I'd filed an objection with the Alberta Securities Commission, as being against the 15:1, with so much information has yet to be communicated to shareholders. I gave Peter a copy of the letter. Pincher Creek will be on production very soon, as the pipeline - about 800 ft, is tied in, revenues from liquids 50-100 blls/day to MEO should bring in $2,500 to $4,000 per day. This is cash can be put to work on Tenn.

Now that Peter is fully in control of the company, Bill left as Chairman about 6 weeks ago, we have one person making all the decision, and I hope a single agenda being pursued.

Peter now has all the files from Tenn, and is almost all the way through them, including logs from MH#3,4 & 5. He said that clumps of data is missing, but I'm sure Mike our CFO can find out what money was spent on for the last 4 wells. Service company reports should be attached to the invoices, or easily obtained from service providers, if those are what's missing. In the Q1 MD&A we were told that a complete review was under way, so I'm optimisitic, that at the AGM, the presentation Peter spoke about, will have the details we've been waiting for.

I still object to talk about a 15:1 and PP when we don't have a plan for Tenn and associated budget. At $2500 per day, that's $75k per month, way more than a PP of 1 million shares at current prices. If partners can't or won't put of their cash, the Partner Agreement will compensate MEO for going alone.

At the last AGM I was impressed with Peter as a straight shooter, and continue to see him this way. I don't know the reasons for delays in May 08 statements of pending activity stated a year ago, but I'm more interested in seeing things move ahead.

If we see the kind of disclosure we've been waiting a long time for, and a defeat or withdrawal of the 15:1, I'll be happy to send a letter to the ASE and withdraw my complaint.
