So, you wonder why insiders are buying shares, and think it's a good sign.But, on the other hand, for 3 years now it's been pipe dreams, no news, obfuscation of results, failure to procure funds by the partners, management turnover of 300 percent or so, massive dilution of shares, and a share price nosedive from 26 -2 cents. Einstein said that the definition of insanity was repeating the same steps, while expecting different results. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, based on the previous 3 years, one has to conclude that these guys ARE either crazy or incompetent. In view of this, i can understand why some of them are buying shares. I sure as #@$* won't base my decisions on THEIR actions.
