I for one, am encouraged by the recent gas numbers, however i am somewhat dissapointed in the probable oil numbers.

I am comfortable in this as a gas play!

The drop in SP in my OPINION is not a result of bashing, litigation, or the the threat of a regulatory investigation.

I am extremely confident the drop in the last 12 months is the result of the following:

1) slowdown of info, all those houses that accumulated positions in'07 had a timeline. Once this duration expired houses unloaded stock. This happens everyday all the time! A house will only hold for so long then the HT decides it's enough and orders his desk to start dumping all the way down if need be. they can do this and break even because the would never buy the entire position @ one price. they buy all the way and can then sell all the way down. This happens everyday!!!!!!

2) A large amount of former shareholders bought this for one and only one reason. Too hit the "elephant'" Again everyone has there own timeline. A year can be too long for some so they dumped and moved on too something else.

3) and finally the current market condition isn't helping. I belive it slowed down JV funding. However in my opinion points 1 & 2 are the primary reasons the SP fell from $.24 in NOV 07 to $.06 Aug 08 before the massive declines tha began in Sept '08.

I think the worst is behind us..onward and upward!!!!
