Reagrdless of the many comments that you may have read following this post, I appreciate your input.

Many of us have been very discouraged by the actions of MEO mgmt. over the past months, That has shown itself in reactions ranging from sadness to anger. Some of us have gotten rather testy and our postings towards others have relected that attitude. We all have the right to an opinion and I think that we can disagree without casting aspersions on the character and motives of others.

I, for one, have lost sight if why I came to this stock. That was the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something big. It hasn't worked out the way that I want but that doesn't mean that it won't.

Some posters appear to want to "spare" others of making the "mistake"of investing in MEO. That may be a noble pursuit, to a point. After that it begins to sound like they are telling me that they know what is best for me. Well, I'm a grown-up and, so far, I get to make my own decisions-right or wrong.

Rigth now MEO's SP sucks. I know, I have ridden it down (look-I made a bad decision). Maybe I'm a naive optomist but I still think that MEO has a lot of NG (and oil) in TN and if they can get things back on track the SP will be much higher.

Can they do it? I don't know for sure but I think that if they really have the resources ( and I think they do) someone will come up with the dollars to get them going. Once that happens we shall have a new ball game.

I am long and will stay that way. There are many others on this board who feel that same way. We may be just experiencing the "price exhaustion" that has to come before the rebound.

Thanks again for bringing back a honest discussion of the pros and cons to MEO.
