Back_blood,
You're obviously a lightweight catching a fact here and there but missing the substance.
1. It wasn't important to me to get on the actual location, the intent of my trip was to speak to the MEO drilling manager (at that time Tyrkalo) or other field personnel. I was in the area twice and offered to meet them anywhere in the vicinity for 15 minutes. I have many years experience in oil and gas drilling operations and I just have 5 questions to ask the tech personnel. Corker knows very little about the technical aspects of oil/gas drilling/completion/production. He refused to arrange such a 15 minute meeting. Tyrkalo subsequently quit the company with derisive remarks on exit. Many other mining and exploration companies that I'm invested encourage investor communication and have been pleased to arrange brief mine/location tours and talks with field personnel even though I am not a multi-million dollar investor. What has the minnow MEO got to hide ? In my opinion nothing but their ignorance and incompetence.
2. I'm not whining as I have a wonderful life. I do feel obliged to inform prospective investors about my experience with these people, investors who might be taken in by MEO's retail marketing which trumpets "searching for elephants in TN" and about the following stock performance, which says it all:
Happy Thanksgiving.
