You are very correct. So maybe they did need the PP cash for funding purposes. But, as you said, what can you get for that little money?
Unless it was all about the warrants? Their exercise price stays the same, regardless of the SP. Dare I dream that they expect the SP to be significantly higher in the future? It can't get too much lower....we're running out of numbers.
