Specialized equipment for TN

does anyone know if the "specialized equipment" for the "proposed stimulation of the Morgan Highpoint Wells and for the testing-completion of the John Bowen #2 gas zone" is even in TN yet?
I am trying to figure out a rough timeline for something to happen regarding the SP,,,I know not until after the PP is completed,,,
