Mr Cawker, I have been an investor in Montello for a short period of time (5 months)
i was drawn to your company by the
tennesse oil play that you are involved in and a variety of press releases that
indicated that this may be a good
speculative buy.
I noticed that during the period of time prior to my purchase of shares that there
was a fair amount of news from your
company in regrds to progress. Since that time I have seen little or no information
and my investment has lost 65% of
its worth.

I was wondering if you would be so kind as to give me an update and prospectus of
the time to come.
