Two explanations:

1. There is a highly pressurized oil zone (500 barrels/hour) nearby which can be tapped by drilling multiple horizontal legs off one vertical hole.

2. MEO is going to inject chemicals in one of the horizontal legs to maintain high initial flows (750/800 barrels per day in #3 and #1). The sustained rates could be something like 500 barrels per day?
