Panamax,

A. In response to your comment on "spending money", if I'm not mistaken, BC has a salary of 65K.

B. This is all just my opinion, but you can be sure, this all of a sudden news blackout, is being done for a reason. Whatever the reason, it's very bad for shareholders. Initially, it was put forth that they didn't want the competition to know how they were handling their drilling, completions, etc. IMO That's bogus. There is so much information stockholders should know, plus so much a competitant CEO would want stockholders to know other than the technical info to be kept from the competition, that excuse no longer holds water. Not to mention there should be favorable PR to maintain and bolster the share price. No, this news blackout makes absolutely no sense, there is no constructive reason for it if management had any concern at all for it's stockholders, unless management for some reason wanted the share price to collapse as it has.

Today I read a very disturbing opinion on another board by someone that is very familiar with the MEO situati, that if the share price went low enough for MEO to be delisted, someone could "walk away with the company" for very little.

Needless to say, this entire MEO situation has deteriorated so in the past couple months, it is disgusting.
