Like Willy suggests, would steam injection solve the problem by increasing the temp. downhole? I'm into TIV in a big way and follow it closely. they had very low production per well and developed a process to inject the steam. Their problem was the same--temperature. They are now producing several thousand BOE/day. A big deal for a small co. with only 24 million shares.
I guess what I'm saying is the solutions are there. Meo just has to employ them.
