Sorry about the double post. I don't know how it happened.

Can some one please explain this to me. Why does MEO continue to acquire and work over wells to get them to the point where they could produce, then "shut them in"? Or, drill new wells and "shut them in". Does MEO have any wells that are producing? What is going on?

I would greatly appreciate it if someone would enlighten me on this subject.
