I've accused MEO's management of incompetence and being self-serving, but I doubt that they're stupid enough to engage in fraud. No, what I think is really going on , is that they haven't hit enough oil/gas to make them a viable producing company, and they've diluted the shares to the point where they can't offer a PP. They're broke.They don't have oil, they don't have a commercial amount of gas, they hyped the finds before realizing this, and now they don't know WHAT to do. So they stall, hoping to find something. In a nutshell, they're incompetent, but not crooks.

And if the monitors don't like my post, tough. Yank it like you did the last one, even though I broke none of the rules.
