The 60 days doesn't worry me, as it does take time to pull the financial data together.

I find the "subsequent events" section of the MD&A to be informative. It tells me that they're laying the groundwork for another delay of information - maybe to headoff a TSX inquiry.

What I like is that they finally admit that they have an oil play - Copper Ridge formation, and a gas play - Rome formation.

My question is if they've delayed getting any work done, until these statements are out, knowing it will be 3 months from now before they need to report to shareholders.
