With all due respect to you as a fellow investor, Cawker's honeymoon/vacation is over as far as I'm concerned. After all these months of dancing around the pertinent facts, he's lost my respect as a businessman until he proves worthy of it. He's been richly rewarded and NOW he has to perform or vacate the captain's chair.

There's no need to be ugly about it, I agree. But pressure can be (and as of last week, is being) applied intelligently, consistently and targeted to the authorities who are in place to safeguard shareholder rights such as SunSeeker has suggested.
