If you think MEO plays it "close to the vest" you should take a look at Tri-valley. American Exchange-TIV- $6.00-EPS .36

Over the weekend a friend who is a serious energy investor emailed me to reco TIV. I read the website, charts, etc. and just got off the phone with their Investor Relations Dept. All they would give me was production capacity. I told them I wanted production results for last year, YTD, and guidance for 08 totals. They said, "We don't give out that information". I said "Well give me total reserves for both oil & gas". They don't give out that information either. I told them I couldn't believe they gave out so little information and asked why they took that position. They said, "We don't want anyone that's drilling around us to know what we are doing". They do this even though they are now putting on presentations for instutional investors. MEO gives out much more information than this successful operation. Maybe we don't have much of a beef after all.
