Since everything that I know about the oil biz was learned at this site, I can't comment on the technical accuracy of your proposal. I'm rather gullible (some naysayers would say that is the current defintion of a MEO shareholder) so I'll believe that it's possible.
You seem to be proposing that MEO would use the gas pressure to move the oil to the shallow wells. I know that gas pressure can make oil flow freely from a well (without a pump). Has this been done on such a large scale (area-wise) before? Will it be cost-prohibitive? Is there a number (of bpd) where it makes economic sense?
If it could be done, then MEO would have a 20 well oil field as well as NG credits. How much time would this take to set up? Can it been done on the existing wells and then add more wells later or does the entire "network" of wells need to be in place first?
