Correct me if I am wrong and understand this correctly:

This acquisition was being negotiated on a 100% equity basis by issuing shares from Montello's Treasury at a deemed value of $0.13 per share. "

Does this mean that there will be no dillution of shares with regards to the plans to aquire assets from the private company?
