You are right as usual.  I didn't count the NG because there is no current tie-in to a NG hub.  That being the case, I suppose they will have the "flare" the gas in the beginning.

 It is my understanding that a NG pipeline (and a hub) exists just a few miles away.   If that is correct, then MEO could spend a some cash in order to produce another revenue stream.
