sounds like Pennine and MEO are getting very close...their mgmt imbedded within MEO.... how can their CEO join MEO as an consulting engineer of exploration advisor while still CEO of Pennine.....might even be a conflict of interest...is this the start of another JV and/or takeover.....how big is Pennine...whats next ....
